About The Role In this role, you’ll grow existing accounts and client relationships, identify new opportunities and turn client briefs into curated events. You’ll work seamlessly with our Creative and Operations teams to deliver design-forward events that exceed expectations, both creatively and commercially.

The ideal candidate is a high achiever with a commercial mindset, strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively to deadlines. Sales targets must be consistently met to retain and grow the key accounts managed.

What You’ll Do

Client & Account Management

- Develop and grow strong relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business and identify upsell opportunities.
- Support business planning and sales strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.
- Assist in segmenting the market and collaborate with team members to share leads and opportunities.
- Deliver accurate, competitive pricing and prepare tailored proposals and RFP responses.
- Track the sales pipeline and client activity, reporting weekly on performance and forecasts.
- Collaborate with Creative, Warehouse and Operations teams to translate client briefs into reality.
- Ensure events are delivered on time and on budget.

communication and client service.
- Be a genuine team player, working collaboratively across departments to achieve the best outcomes for clients and the business.

Qualifications

Desirable:

- Tertiary qualifications in events, sales, marketing or a related field.

What you’ll bring

- 5+ years of experience in events, event hire, project management, sales or a closely related industry.
- Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to manage expectations and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Proven experience managing multiple large-scale clients, projects and deadlines concurrently.
- Proven experience responding to client briefs and creating compelling quotes, proposals and tenders.
- Familiarity with quoting tools and CRMs, such as HubSpot.
- Confidence working with Word, Excel, Outlook and Canva.
- Commercial acumen and a strong understanding of profitability and pricing strategy.
- Proven success managing accounts with high-profile and high-net-worth clients.
- Strong experience working with corporate clients, caterers, event planners and private clients.
- Strong creative, strategic and execution skills.
- Strong administration and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated success in meeting KPIs, budgets and sales targets.
- Experience with forecasting, pipeline management and sales reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to present proposals effectively.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to manage expectations both client-side and internally.
