Introduction
Randstad is currently recruiting an Accounts Payable Officer for a leading commercial organisation. It's a rapid paced, driven and cooperative environment, working in the finance division, where the colleagues are engaged, aware, friendly and value encouraging ideas.
It's a close knit finance team and you'll be reporting to the Senior Finance Manager.
Responsibilities
- Entering invoices in the system
- Processing invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Reviewing accounts payable entries to ensure all data are entered correctly
- Initiating new suppliers and adding them on the system
- Investigating and reconciling creditor accounts for discrepancies
- Managing direct debit for utilities accounts
- Other administration & accounts duties where required
What experience will you have:
- 5 years in the Accounts Payable domain
- Experience in Dynamics 365
- Analytic approach,
problem solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with large data sets on Excel
