Administrator | Rail Team | Applecross Location

As we continue to expand, we're looking for a sharp, energetic Operations Administrator to join our fast-moving Rail team at our Applecross head office. You'll be the go-to support for mobilising rail maintenance crews, coordinating travel, and keeping our rail operations running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

- Arrange end-to-end mobilisation and demobilisation for the maintenance crews
- Manage site onboarding requirements including inductions, medicals and tickets
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and site access requirements
- Work closely with Recruitment and Operations teams to ensure rail workforce requirements are met
- Process invoices, timesheets, reimbursements, pay deductions and meal allowances correctly with high attention to detail
- Manage uniform ordering and distribution, ensuring employees have the correct uniforms and PPE requirements
- Manage invoicing and complete monthly reconciliations, ensuring records are accurate and discrepancies are resolved promptly

What you'll bring:





- Previous experience in a mobilisation, coordination or site administration role
- Strong knowledge of onboarding, compliance and site requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Solid communication skills, confident liaising with clients, site contacts and internal teams
- A solutions-focused attitude and a genuine passion for supporting people
- Full Australian working rights, National Police clearance (or willing to obtain) and current driver’s licence
