Skills needed:

- Proven leadership qualities - to mentor the team in best business practices
- Some operations experience (Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Operations is ideal but not essential)
- Clear communication skills and networking skills with excellent interpersonal skills;
- Comprehension of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management;
- Ability to roll out a ERP system - Understanding of software / driven to bring about business efficiencies ability to drive sales performance in the team;
- Good at calculating figures;
- Passionate about fresh produce - you will work with food industry customers and growers;
- Have the insight to report on sales performance and market trends;
