About the role :

As our Barista, you will be responsible for:

- Running the coffee station to a consistently high standard

- Supporting the floor team during service

- Maintaining quality, efficiency, and workflow during busy periods

- Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards are met

- Working closely with the owner & Head Chef to support smooth operations

This role combines barista excellence, floor leadership, and operational responsibility.

About You

You are someone who

- Has proven experience as a barista in a busy café

- Can confidently manage high-volume service while maintaining quality

- Has robust leadership and communication skills

- Is organised and comfortable with ordering, stock control, and suppliers

- Takes pride in customer service and team culture

- Is reliable, proactive, and leads by example

- Has a genuine passion for coffee and hospitality
