About the role

Nosferatu Distillery is seeking a Duty Manager for its venue located inside the distillery. The focus is on genuinely hosting people well — chatting with guests, talking through the range and creating a outstanding experience. You'll help lead a small team, handle prep and close-downs, keep service running smoothly and contribute ideas wherever you can. Functions can get busy, providing plenty of chances to flex your skills.

About you

- Strong leadership and customer service skills

- Solid cocktail and bar experience

- Great cleanliness and closing standards

- Confidence working independently and within a small team
- A genuine interest in gin and hospitality

- RMLV is a massive plus

Nosferatu Distillery is home to one of Brisbane's most incredible cellar doors. Throughout the week our distilling team is busy producing our incredible range of spirits (primarily gin), and on the weekend our cellar door opens to the public. This job is one where you have something incredible to talk about to each guest (that being the distillery) that makes conversation feels more than the same sentence you've spoken to thousands of guests over the years.

Hours

As we close out this year you will work side by side with our current duty manager, before taking over for them in the new year with increased hours on offer. this gives you a chance to learn from someone doing the job, rather than being thrown in the deep end.
