About the Role

Exciting prospect available for an experienced Bar & Gaming Attendant to join a family owned & operated Hotel in Geelong’s CBD.

This is a great opportunity for an applicant who knows how to ‘lead by example’, who has solid experience, is highly motivated, customer focused and a target driven individual. This role requires a dynamic problem solver with the ability to remain calm in high pressure situations and think on their feet.

Skills & Experience:

- Proficiency in both food & beverage service with proven experience is essential.

- Strong understanding of Gaming and TAB facilities preferred however not required as in-venue training can be provided.

- Maintain a high standard of service to all patrons, while ensuring compliance with company policies, Liquor Act, Victorian Gaming Compliance and government regulations.

- Ensure smooth running of hotel operations on designated shifts.

- Complete all cash reconciliations in an accurate and timely manner.





- Ensuring that company standards are adhered to at all times, as well as promoting a harmonious team environment.

- Be willing to take responsibility and accountability.

- The right candidates must have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus, as well as be professionally presented and groomed at all times.

- Committed, trustworthy and responsible professionals are what we are seeking. The candidates must be flexible and available to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays when rostering demands this.

- Current RSA required.

- Current Victorian Gaming Licence & RSG preferred however not required however must be obtained upon appointment of position.

- Gaming and TAB experience is preferred however not required as in-venue training can be provided.
