About the role

We're seeking an enthusiastic Crew Member to join the McDonald's team, with a specific focus on assisting in McCafe to craft gold-standard quality coffee. As a 24-hour business, we provide adaptable scheduling to accommodate your availability.

Key responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Prepare gold standard McCafe food and beverages
- Work within a team to deliver the best quality, fastest experience for our customers
- Comply with restaurant safety and security standards for a safe working environment
- Serve and assist our customers
- Capable of lifting, shifting, and moving items
- Capable of hearing and responding to various alerts and alarms

- Well-presented, friendly and organised
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and multitasking
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to deliver a high level of customer service
- Communicates clearly and effectively
- Comfortable engaging with people including customers, suppliers and contractors, including handling difficult situations with individuals
