Mana Skin & Wellness is looking for an experienced, Diploma-qualified Beauty Therapist to join our team in beautiful Airlie Beach. We are looking for the right person to join us as soon as possible.

We are a well-established skin, spa and wellness destination offering a unique combination of advanced skin treatments, therapeutic massage, luxury spa experiences and modern wellness therapies.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience, loves being part of a supportive team and is looking for a workplace they can call home long term.

About the role

This is a hands-on therapist role incorporating massage, facials, advanced skin treatments and spa therapies.

Massage is an important part of this position, so we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys massage and is confident providing both relaxation and firm/deep tissue massage.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

- A Diploma of Beauty Therapy or equivalent recognised qualification

- Strong massage skills, including confidence in deep tissue massage

- Experience working within a spa or high-quality beauty environment
- A genuine passion for skin, spa and wellness

- Experience with advanced facials and skin treatments highly regarded

- Strong consultation and client-care skills
- A warm, professional and confident manner





- Excellent presentation and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team
- A desire to continue learning and developing professionally
- An interest in finding a long-term role and becoming an important part of our team

- Availability to commence as soon as possible
