Senior+ Civil Design Engineer | Land Development

If water and sewer design stopped being a technical exercise for you a long time ago and is now more of an intuition, this one's for you.

This is a civil design role with an established land development consultancy, working across residential and industrial subdivisions for tier-1 developers. You'll be picking up projects at a stage where the fundamentals were never in question; what matters is judgement, intuition, the ability to advise the client, to influence.

What you'll be doing:

n

- Water and sewer design across greenfield and infill subdivisions, from early planning stages and masterplanning, concept through to detailed design ready for the construction team.
n
- Coordinating with authorities, surveyors and other disciplines
n
- Working alongside Directors and Associates who treat you as a peer
n




- Working on projects for developers you recognise.
n

What gets you the interview:

n

n
- 10-20 years' experience in land development design.
n
- DAS Water and DAS Sewer accreditations (helpful)
n
- Comfort owning a design end to end
n

n
