The Lagoon Street site of Bega Group in the Bega Valley Shire on NSW's Sapphire coast is hiring a Casual Bulk Production Operator. You will support day-to-day manufacturing across bulk cheese, maturation, milk receivals, whey powder, and butter, operating processing equipment, performing cleaning and sanitation, and upholding food safety standards.
Flexibility to work across production areas and shifts, follow SOPs, and contribute to a strong team in a quick-paced environment is essential.
