About the Role

n

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Admin and Technical Sales Team Membersto join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn. As your knowledge and experience develop, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibility and progress within the business.

Key Responsibilities

n

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

n

Administration

n

n
- Managing client enquiries, communication and project updates.
n
- Creating and maintaining job sheets and job information.
n
- Supporting day-to-day job scheduling and operational coordination.
n
- Liaising with field technicians regarding job requirements, access and client information.
n
- Coordinating access arrangements and client requirements before works.
n
- Following up completed works and future opportunities.
n
- Maintaining accurate client, building, quote and job information in company systems.
n
- Supporting Management with day-to-day operational activities.
n
- Building relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, facility managers and strata managers.
n
- Following up quotes, recurring work and sales opportunities.
n
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing client accounts and generate new work.
n
- Preparing estimates, quotations and tender submissions. Desirable exposure, in-house training to be provided.
n
- Assisting with site visits and gathering information required for quoting. Desirable exposure, in-house training to be provided.
n

About You

n

- Have good communication and customer service skills.
n
- Are organised and able to manage multiple jobs and enquiries.
n
- Are comfortable speaking with clients and following up sales opportunities.
n
- Are comfortable working with both office staff and field technicians.
n
- Are willing to attend sites when required.
n
- Are confident learning new systems and processes.
n
- Want to develop your knowledge of building services, rope access and height safety.
n
- Knowledge of Notion, Microsoft Office and Bluebeam Revu is highly regarded, but not essential.
n
- Experience in sales, estimating, construction, facilities management or project coordination will be valuable.
n
- Numerous opportunities are available. Ideally, we are looking for people with Engineering background and experience. We are also open to candidates with a strong understanding of systems and sales who are eager to learn.
