The Salvation Army is seeking a permanent, full time Supporter Experience and Retention Officer based in Blackburn, Melbourne, reporting to the Team Leader Supporter Experience and Retention.

You will support the delivery of the Donor Stewardship program and Donor Journeys across multiple fundraising channels, coordinating donor recognition and improving the overall productivity of the Donor Services team.
