Job Description

The Y NSW is seeking a Regional Manager, Children's Services to lead teams across Early Learning Centres, OSHC and Vacation Care on NSW's Central Coast/Newcastle region. You will drive secure, high-quality services, coach coordinators, manage budgets, and ensure NQS compliance.

Based at the Central Coast with fortnightly meetings at the Pennant Hills Head Office, you will partner with HR, finance, risk, and marketing to safeguard children and engage school principals, P&Cs;, and community
