The Role
You'll provide administrative and personal support to our Property Managers. You'll be responsible for servicing and managing the needs of a specific managed property portfolio, as part of a broader supportive and experienced team. We're seeking a positive, genuine individual who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Processing rental applications and preparing rental agreements
Providing administrative support and preparing formal documentation in relation to owner and renter needs
Processing and following up maintenance requests and repairs
Conducting property inspections with prospective clients
Conducting routine inspections and entry/exit reports, and completing tenancy documentation
Preparing VCAT documentation and attending VCAT hearings as required
