You will oversee SLAs, escalations, and EDD reviews while partnering with Sales, Compliance and Risk teams to ensure accurate entity contracting and high-quality client onboarding.

This role emphasizes policy implementation, coaching of team members, and ongoing process improvement to deliver a seamless client
