Take ownership of this hands‑on HR business partnering role. You'll report to an energetic HR leader and manage the full employee lifecycle. This is hands‑on partnering with a focus on HR advice, performance and projects.

Key responsibilities

- Partnering directly with leaders across a defined portfolio, coaching them through the people matters in front of them
- Managing performance, conduct, grievances, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations
- Working with cross functional teams and the wider HR function.
- Supporting people initiatives landing into the portfolio
- Bringing workforce and case data back to leaders so they can see the patterns, not just the incidents

About you

- Mid-level HR Business Partner experience.
- Ability to be proactive - take ownership & accountability
- Award interpretation, experience
