Australian Red Cross Lifeblood is seeking a Session Leader at the Marion Donor Centre, South Australia. This permanent part-time role (63 hours per fortnight) leads daily operations, ensuring a secure, high-quality donor experience across rotating shifts Monday to Sunday.

You will coach and develop the team, translate strategy into actions, manage challenging situations with empathy, and drive continuous improvement while upholding Lifeblood’s safety standards.
