Part-Time Bookkeeper / Accountant

Based in Rozelle, we also operate an in-house joinery department for both new builds and traditional homes.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a standalone role, requiring a self-motivated individual who can take full responsibility for the company's accounting and administrative functions.

The successful candidate will be highly proficient in MYOB, organised, and capable of working independently while supporting the Director and broader business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

- BAS preparation and lodgement

- Bank reconciliations





- Balance sheet reconciliations

- Payroll processing

- Workers Compensation administration

- Year-end accounting duties and liaison with external accountants

- General administrative duties

- Supporting the Director with financial and business administration

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven bookkeeping and/or accounting experience

- Strong MYOB proficiency

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and professional approach
