Senior Business Analyst – Complaints & Estates
- Work as a
Senior Business Analyst supporting
Complaints (50%)
and
Deceased Estates (50%)
.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyse current processes and identify gaps, impacts, and improvement areas
.
- Work closely with business and Agile delivery teams
.
- Prepare process flows, business requirements, and functional documentation
.
- Support
UAT, testing, and business readiness activities
.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
- Assist with process improvements, SOP updates, training, and change management
.
- Experience in banking/financial services, complaints, or deceased estates is highly desirable.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills required.
