- I am looking for a client-facing Technology Business Consultant to help deliver reconciliation and transaction matching implementations for financial institutions
- The role will lead requirements gathering, process design, solution configuration, integration, testing, UAT, deployment, training, and post-go-live support. The consultant will facilitate workshops and work with business, operations, finance, and technology stakeholders.

Key requirements include:

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on reconciliation and transaction matching experience

- Experience with FIS IntelliMatch, SmartStream TLM, Duco, BlackLine, Gresham, Trintech, Oracle Reconciliation, or similar platforms

- Experience with SQL, database querying, data analysis, data mapping, and source-to-target mapping





- Experience working with file-based and API-based integrations, including CSV, XML, fixed-width files, and banking message formats

- Ability to investigate reconciliation breaks, analyze root causes, and propose process or configuration improvements

- End-to-end implementation experience within banking or financial services

- Robust knowledge of transaction matching, exception management, cash, GL, account, payment, settlement, treasury, and intercompany reconciliations

- Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills
