About the role

Working closely with the Practice Director, you will take ownership of clinician engagement, community partnerships and referral growth. You will represent Restoring Minds Psychology to GPs, specialists, schools, allied health professionals and community organisations, developing relationships that lead to long-term referral partnerships. This role offers significant autonomy and flexibility and is ideally suited to someone with previous experience in healthcare business development, clinician engagement or partnership management.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with GPs, medical centres, psychiatrists, paediatricians, schools, wellbeing teams, allied health professionals and community organisations.
- Identify, research and pursue recent referral opportunities aligned with the practice's growth strategy including social media strategy.
- Plan and conduct GP visits, networking meetings, and potentially presentations and community engagement activities.
- Support the retention and growth of existing referral relationships.
- Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on referral activity, pipeline progress and outcomes.




- Work with the Practice Director to identify growth opportunities and develop referral strategies.
- Contribute ideas for workshops, education sessions and initiatives that strengthen community awareness.

About you

- Demonstrated experience in clinician engagement, business development, partnerships or healthcare relationship management.
- A proven ability to build relationships that result in measurable referral or business growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Highly organised, self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously.
- Professional, warm and authentic interpersonal style.
- Experience in psychology, healthcare, allied health or education is highly regarded.
- Existing networks with GPs, allied health professionals or community organisations are highly desirable.
