About Your Role

As Business Manager, you will provide expert, proactive business management advice to support the operational and strategic priorities of Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services.

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reporting.
- Analyse expenditure, FTE and activity data, identifying trends, risks and variances.
- Develop and evaluate business cases, initiatives and strategies for future growth.
- Provide expert advice on establishment, procurement, expenditure and business processes.

About You We are looking for an experienced business professional who can confidently operate in a complex, multidisciplinary environment and provide trusted advice to leaders across the service.

- Demonstrated business management experience in a large, complex organisation.
- Solid analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
- Highly developed written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
