We are seeking an experienced and motivated finance professional to join our Financial Control team as a Business Partner - Financial Control.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your accounting and reporting expertise in a commercially focused environment while partnering with stakeholders across the business and contributing to ongoing process improvement initiatives.
About The Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager - Financial Control, you will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining key financial controls and supporting effective business decision-making.
You will work across a broad range of activities, including:
- Month-end and quarter-end reporting
- Balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls
- Cash flow reporting and forecasting
- Company fleet accounting and reporting
- Vendor onboarding and invoice processing governance
- Audit support and compliance activities
- Continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes
What you'll bring
We are looking for someone who combines strong technical accounting capability with excellent stakeholder management skills.
You will ideally have
- CPA or CA qualification, or currently studying towards completion
- Minimum 3 years' experience in financial accounting, management accounting or financial control
- Strong month-end close, reporting and reconciliation experience
- Proven SAP experience
- Advanced Excel skills and robust Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
- Experience within a large corporate or multinational environment will be highly regarded
