Dlux Hand Car Wash As Car Wash Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead the team and ensure every customer receives a quality and productive service. As a full-time Car Wash Manager your key tasks and responsibilities will be but not limited to followings: Manage the smooth and efficient operation of the car wash site. Supervise and ensure vehicles are cleaned to a consistently high standard. Managing and supporting a small and long standing team.

Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally. Promote compliance with workplace safety, hygiene and operating procedures. Prepare rosters and manage attendance, performance and daily team requirements.

Recruit, train, supervise and motivate staff. Monitor cleaning products, equipment and other supplies. Support sales growth, manage costs and work towards operational targets.

Provide regular updates on staffing,



operations and performance. Qualification & experience Previous experience in managing a car wash, automotive service, retail, hospitality or other fast-paced customer-service business. Diploma of Leadership & Management - required Bachelor level education in Business, Management, or relevant stream - preferred Solid leadership and people-management skills.

Excellent communication and customer-service abilities. The ability to work efficiently in a hands-on environment. Solid organisational and problem-solving skills.
