About the Role

Based at our Nash Road Early Education Centre, you'll be part of a passionate and collaborative team dedicated to providing exceptional early childhood education and care.

You'll be responsible for

- Supporting the implementation of a child-led, play-based curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

- Creating inclusive, nurturing learning environments that support every child's individual strengths, interests and development

- Building positive, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues

- Promoting children's health, safety, wellbeing and belonging every day

- Contributing to a strong child safe culture by actively supporting children's rights, responding to concerns appropriately, and following our Child Secure policies and practices

- Engaging in reflective practice and continuous improvement to provide the highest quality education and care

About You

You'll bring

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent)

- Relevant First-Aid Qualification

- Blue Card

- Completion of National Mandatory Child Safety Training

- Experience in an early childhood education setting

- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), or a genuine willingness to learn and grow

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A collaborative, positive and proactive approach to teamwork
- A commitment to creating environments where every child feels safe, respected, included and empowered
