About the role

Are you passionate about customer service and keen to join a thriving retail brand? We are seeking a Casual Sales Assistant to join the team at our Clark Rubber store in Kotara, NSW. In this casual position, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the overall operations of the store.

What you'll be doing

- Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to assist customers with their shopping needs

- Handling cash and card transactions with accuracy and efficiency

- Maintaining the store's visual merchandising and presentation standards

- Restocking and replenishing products on the sales floor

- Assisting with daily store operations and tasks as required

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in pool or home improvement industry

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service





- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

- Enthusiasm, reliability and a positive attitude
