The Opportunity

Universal Store is looking for passionate, customer-focused team members to join our team throughout the Christmas trade period. This is a Casual opportunity, and successful candidates must be available to work from October 2026 through to 7 February 2027.

Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable in-store experiences.
- Build strong relationships with customers and develop a loyal client base.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and store performance.
- Support day-to-day store operations, from stock room to shop floor.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
- Work collaboratively as part of a positive and high-performing team.

Skills and Experience
- Previous retail experience, ideally in fashion or customer-focused environments.
- Strong passion for customer service and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Warm, enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently with customers.




- Reliable and flexible, with availability throughout the Christmas trading period.
- A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to support where needed.
