· Preparation of food, cooking and presentation of dishes

· Responsible for the management of kitchen operations

· Maintain quality of food of all stages of food preparation

· Responsible for the management of safe and hygienic work workplace

· Train other kitchen staff

· Check the food temperature and ensure its is fresh

· Work in a team environment

· As and when required work alongside with the Owner and contribute towards the menu

· Ability to work efficiently under pressure

· Ability to work in line with budget

· Responsible for the ordering and maintaining of stock.
