Chemistry Masters – AI Data Trainer

About The Role

We're looking for chemistry experts to help train and improve the next generation of AI models. Your deep scientific knowledge will directly shape how AI understands and reasons through complex chemistry problems — from biochemistry to chemical engineering.

This is a fully remote, versatile contract role where your expertise genuinely matters. No AI background needed — just solid chemistry knowledge and a sharp analytical mind.

What You'll Do

- Design challenging chemistry problems across advanced domains (e.g., chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry) to test AI performance
- Develop clear, rigorous, step-by-step solutions that demonstrate sound scientific reasoning
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, logical consistency, and depth of understanding
- Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Master's-level chemistry topics
- Provide structured, high-quality feedback that directly improves AI model training

Who You Are





- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
- Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
- Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluating quality and accuracy
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
- No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

- Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with scientific benchmarking or academic research workflows
- Background spanning multiple chemistry subdisciplines
