Private Equity-Backed Industrial Services A rare chance for an accomplished CFO to lead the evolution of a high-growth infrastructure services business, backed by a leading private equity firm and targeting growth from ~$200M to $500M in revenue over the next 3-5 years.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board and shareholders, you will play a central role in the company's financial evolution — introducing the disciplines, systems and cadence expected of a PE-backed business while staying close enough to the operations to drive performance day to day.

- Evolving the function — enhancing systems, controls and reporting over time, and growing a finance team equipped to operate at pace and scale
- Introducing PE cadence — building out the rhythm of monthly reporting, board packs, covenant management and investor engagement that comes with sophisticated ownership, while preserving commercial agility
- Driving commercial performance — partnering with operational leaders to sharpen accountability,



improve margin and unlock working capital
- Leading M&A; — running due diligence, deal execution and post-acquisition integration as the business pursues inorganic growth
- Strengthening project financial discipline — enhancing WIP accounting, job costing and margin analysis across a complex, project-based delivery model
- Shaping strategy — building business cases, capital allocation frameworks and long-range plans that underpin the next phase of growth

About You

You will be a CA/CPA-qualified finance executive with genuine CFO or senior finance leadership experience gained in a project-based environment — ideally construction, electrical, mechanical or trades based services. You'll have a track record of developing finance functions to support growth, and feel energised by the pace and discipline that private equity ownership brings. Deep technical credibility in WIP and project accounting, hands-on M&A; and integration experience, and the commercial instincts to move fluidly between board-level strategy and detailed financial analysis will set you apart.
