PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Reporting in the first instance to the NSM, the Clinical Specialist will be responsible for servicing current customers via focus on relationship building with Surgeons/Physicians and their support staff, sales forecasting and sales plan implementation. The role also involves attending theatre cases to offer clinical advice and support Surgeons/Physicians using Matrix products. The primary responsibility of the Clinical Support Representative will be to ensure that procedures run smoothly, and current customers needs are satisfied and met.
