Clinical Specialist – Spine | Sydney South

Are you a Chiropractor, Registered Nurse or clinically trained healthcare professional with exposure to spine, orthopaedics or theatre environments looking to move into the medical device industry?

I’m partnering with a leading global medical technology organisation that is expanding its Spine team across Sydney South and looking for a driven, clinically minded individual to join as a Clinical Specialist.

This is an excellent opportunity to build a career within one of the most exciting areas of MedTech, working closely with surgeons, theatre teams and experienced sales professionals while supporting innovative spinal technologies in the operating theatre.

The opportunity:

- Provide hands-on clinical support during spinal procedures
- Work closely with orthopaedic and neurosurgical specialists
- Support surgeons and theatre staff with product knowledge and procedural guidance
- Attend cases across hospitals throughout Sydney South
- Develop strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and key hospital stakeholders
- Receive comprehensive product and clinical training




- Build a long-term career within the medical device / spine sector

We would love to speak with people from backgrounds such as:

- Chiropractors with strong spinal anatomy knowledge
- Registered Nurses with spinal, orthopaedic, scrub/scout, theatre or recovery experience
- Physiotherapists or other allied health professionals with relevant spine exposure
- Existing Clinical Specialists looking to develop within Spine MedTech

You do not need to come from medical device sales. What is most important is your clinical knowledge, confidence in a theatre workplace, ability to build relationships and genuine interest in developing a career within spinal surgery and medical technology.
