Working under the supervision of Consultants and Registrars, the PHO contributes to the provision, development and maintenance of safe, effective and equitable surgical services across inpatient, outpatient and theatre settings.The successful candidate will assess and manage patients, develop treatment plans in consultation with senior clinicians, support continuity of care across the patient journey, and actively participate in multidisciplinary team activities. The role also involves supervising junior staff and students, contributing to quality improvement and research activities,
