About the role:

n

You will join a specialist health disputes team advising public and private hospitals, healthcare providers, government bodies and regulators.

n

Your matters will include:





n

n
- professional negligence and liability disputes;
n
- coronial inquests;
n
- disciplinary proceedings;
n
- regulatory investigations and enforcement;
n
- Royal Commissions and commissions of inquiry; and
n

n

The ideal candidate:

n

n
- You will ideally have 3–5 years' PQE with experience across commercial litigation, disputes, regulatory matters or health law.
n
- Strong academics, excellent written and analytical skills and the confidence to manage complex matters and engage directly with clients will be highly regarded.
n
- Candidates from top-tier, mid-tier, boutique, in-house or international common law backgrounds will be considered.
