n We are seeking a talented ICT Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis at Ropes Crossing. We are offering a competitive salary of $80,000 plus superannuation

Duties and Responsibilities

n

n
- Consult with clients, management, auditors and staff to identify, analyse and document business and ICT requirements.
n
- Analyse certification processes, workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies, gaps and opportunities for improvement, including certification applications, auditor scheduling, audit findings, corrective actions and certificate management.
n
- Analyse the flow of client and certification information between administration, quality, auditors and management, and recommend improvements to business processes and system functionality.
n
- Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for ICT systems, including CRM, scheduling, SharePoint/document management, databases and certification systems.
n
- Analyse system integration, reporting, business intelligence and opportunities to automate repetitive certification and administrative processes.
n
- Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, business requirements, functional specifications and system documentation.
n
- Liaise with technical personnel and stakeholders to support the design, implementation, testing and improvement of ICT solutions.
n
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, identify system defects and assist with resolving functional issues.
n
- Evaluate existing software, hardware and technology processes and recommend improvements to support business operations.
n




- Provide technical assistance to staff, including hardware and software setup, system troubleshooting and user support.
n
- Maintain client and certification records, assist with audit scheduling and certificate preparation, manage client queries, invoices and auditor expense information as part of the organisation's business processes.
n
- Act as the central communication point between business users and technical personnel and support continuous improvement of ICT systems and processes.

Skills & Qualifications

- Strong understanding of ISO standards
n
- Minimum of 2 years ICT Business Analyst experience or related field
n
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities
n
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
n
- Demonstrated experience in leading audits and compliance assessments
n
