Commercial Roof Plumber / Shed Erector – FIFO | Coolgardie WA

Karridale Built Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Commercial Roof Plumber to join our crew for project works in the Coolgardie region of Western Australia.

This is a casual, project-based FIFO position from Perth, working as part of our existing site crew on the erection and completion of commercial/industrial steel shed structures.

We are looking for someone experienced, capable and reliable who can step into the crew and contribute from day one.

Project Dates The upcoming project swings are:

- 5 October – 19 October 2026

- 2 November – 16 November 2026

- 23 November – 7 December 2026

Preference will be given to applicants who can commit to all three swings.

The Role

This is a hands-on role covering both structural shed erection and commercial roof plumbing works.

You will work alongside our crew across the complete erection and external building-envelope scope, including:

- Erection of structural steel shed frames

- Structural steel and shed erection works

- Installation of metal roof sheeting

- Installation of external wall cladding

- Flashings and cappings

- Gutters and downpipes

- General commercial roof plumbing

- Working from EWPs and at heights

- Working as part of the crew through the complete shed erection, roofing and cladding process

Experience in rigging, dogging, structural steel or commercial shed erection will be highly regarded.

Mandatory Requirements – MUST HAVE

Applicants must hold current and valid:

- EWP ticket

- Working at Heights

- Construction White Card

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Is a qualified or highly experienced Roof Plumber

- Has robust commercial or industrial roofing experience

- Is confident installing roof sheeting,



wall cladding and flashings

- Is willing and capable of being actively involved in structural steel and shed erection

- Can work efficiently without compromising workmanship

- Is comfortable working FIFO and extended project swings

- Works well within a small, experienced crew

- Takes safety and site procedures seriously

- Is physically capable of undertaking hands-on construction work

- Is reliable and able to commit to agreed mobilisation dates

Highly Regarded

Additional experience or qualifications in the following will be viewed favourably:

- Rigging

- Dogging

- Structural steel erection

- Commercial/industrial shed erection

- Additional High Risk Work licences

- Previous mining, regional or remote project experience
