Salary range from $180-250K depending on experience.

Prior experience managing commercial mixed use projects is essential. Seeking both structural and all round management site managers.

Both Tier 1 & 2 options available with exceptional support on site and little to no overtime/ weekend work required.

About the projects:

Various mixed use projects both North and South, have your pick on location & possibly of working on a variety of projects such as healthcare & educational facilities thereafter.

- Opportunities to grow to senior positions if you choose to
- Project values up to $100M
- Specializing in apartments for social housing & luxury projects.
- Managing on-site construction from civil to handover
- Managing subcontractors, reporting, H&S;,



in office management

What you'll need to succeed

- Prior experience as a site manager on apartment projects $10M in value
- 5 years experience as a site supervisor or manager
- Experience with projects from civil works through to completion is an advantage
- Structural site managers are also required
