Love working behind the scenes to make things happen? Join our team supporting Mortgage Brokers and their customers, where you’ll play a hands‑on role in processing loan applications, following up on key information, and delivering a seamless end‑to‑end service — all the while growing your lending knowledge and experience.
What will your key responsibilities include?
- Process mortgage loan applications, including accurate data entry and preparation of loan files for credit assessment.
- Partner closely with Mortgage Brokers to complete loan documentation and deliver a smooth, high‑quality experience for customers.
- Support Brokers with structuring lending solutions to meet customer needs.
- Manage and follow up customer enquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely and positive resolutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by participating in project work, including test case development, UAT and live testing.
What are we looking for?
- Demonstrated experience preparing accurate, compliant loan documentation and managing lending processes end to end.
- Strong knowledge of Retail Lending Credit Policy, with an understanding of mortgage lending frameworks and requirements.
- The ability to analyse and interpret financial statements and confidently structure complex mortgage lending deals.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to produce quality work at volume and identify errors or discrepancies when reviewing information
- Well‑developed computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel, with strong data entry accuracy and keyboard skills.
- Explicit and effective communication skills, with the ability to convey information confidently across a range of mediums and stakeholders
- Experience working collaboratively as part of project or working groups, including contributing to testing and change initiatives.
- Sound time management and organisational skills,
enabling you to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Well‑developed problem‑solving and critical‑thinking capability.
