Job Description

Salesforce is seeking an Informatica Renewals Manager to own renewal processes across a portfolio, engaging customers up to 180 days before contract end. You'll collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Legal, and Operations to protect and grow subscription revenue while strengthening relationships.

You will analyze account usage, negotiate renewals, manage multi-stakeholder deals, and drive uplift and multi-year terms.
