Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team delivering a set of homes across estates in the Bridgeman Downs area.

The Role

n

As Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing up to 20 homes through various stages of construction through to handover.
n Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Coordinating and managing trades and subcontractors across multiple builds
n




- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and site presentation
n
- Monitoring build schedules and ensuring projects remain on track
n
- Conducting quality control inspections throughout construction
n
- Ensuring compliance with all HSE and company standards
n
- Driving productivity while maintaining exceptional build quality
n

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Current QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder's Licence (essential)
n
- Previous experience supervising residential home builds
n
- Trade background in carpentry or bricklaying highly regarded
n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory role
n
- Strong organisational and communication skills
n
- Secure employment history and a commitment to quality construction
n
- Ability to build strong working relationships with trades and suppliers
n
