About the Role:

From day one, you’ll be learning hands‑on with supportive professionals who are committed to helping you grow your skills and confidence in the industry.

What You’ll Learn On the Job:

- Planting and maintaining trees, shrubs, and garden beds

- Mowing, edging, whipper‑snipping, and mulching

- Soil health, turf management & plant establishment programs

- Working across domestic, commercial & strata properties

- Garden project planning & costing

- Protected use of tools and machinery

What You Will Need:

- A White Card (or willingness to obtain before starting)

- A love for the outdoors and physically active work

- Ability to obtain a national police clearance (we pay)

- A genuine interest in landscaping, gardening, and the green industry

- P drivers licence minimum and reliable transport
