Recruitment Specialist (Labour Hire/Perm Recruitment)

We have a position in our Geelong office for a Recruitment Specialist to join our labour hire/permanent recruitment team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with a range of different clients within the blue and white collar markets.

About the Role

Taking job briefs from clients and advertising roles

Sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, placing, and managing candidates

Prioritising candidate care and building meaningful relationships

Lead generation, building client rapport and account management

End-to-end full life cycle recruitment using best in breed and fully integrated recruitment software (FastTrack 360, RatesCalc and OnBoarded)

About you

Ability to work well under pressure and within time constraints





High level of interpersonal communication

Experience in recruitment (blue or white-collar labour hire preferred)

Exceptional time management, organisation and presentation skills

Commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service
