What You'll Be Doing

- Leading shifts and creating a positive, high-energy environment for both guests and team members
n
- Supporting the leadership team to drive performance and deliver exceptional guest experiences
n
- Coaching, developing, and motivating team members to be their best
n
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining Yo-Chi's high standards
n
- Creating memorable moments for every guest who walks through our doors
n

What We're Looking For

n

- Leadership experience in hospitality, food service, retail, or a similarly fast-paced setting
n
- A love of building great teams and a positive workplace culture
n
- Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive when things get busy
n
- Someone who leads by example with a positive, can-do attitude every day
n
- Fast food experience highly regarded but not essential
n
