Intake Support Officer - The Orange Door

As an Intake SupportOfficer with The Orange Door, you will play a critical role in supporting aservice that responds to family violence, child wellbeing and family supportconcerns. Your work behind the scenes will help ensure people are connected tothe right support at the right time, contributing to safer families andstronger communities.
As an Intake SupportOfficer, you will:
- Review, process and register referralsand sensitive client information accurately within the Hub ClientRelationship Management system.
- Liaise with professionals to confirm theacceptance of referrals, gather additional information and respond toinformation-sharing requests.
- Work collaboratively with team leaders,practitioners and partner organisations to prioritise referrals andsupport intake and duty teams.
- Provide high-quality administrativesupport, including maintaining client records, monitoring brokerageprocesses and coordinating invoice payments.
- Part-time, ongoing position
- 0.6 FTE working 22.8 hours across Monday,Thursday & Friday.

Position Details
- Part-time, ongoing position
- 0.6 FTE working 22.8 hours across Monday,Thursday & Friday.
- $92,496 (pro-rata) p/a + Super & SalaryPackaging
What We’re Looking For
Wevalue individuals who bring dedication, empathy, and expertise to their roles.To succeed in this position, you will have:
- A degree in Social Work, Psychology or arelevant discipline or working towards a qualification.
- Strong experience in an administrative supportrole, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meetdeadlines with a high level of organisational and time management skills with ademonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
