The role

- Lead day‑to‑day site delivery on high‑rise residential towers
- Oversee structures, finishes and services across multiple fronts
- Manage Foremen, Leading Hands and large trade teams
- Drive program, safety, quality and site culture
- Work closely with the Site Manager and Project team

Essential experience

- Proven high‑rise residential tower experience (non‑negotiable)
- General Foreman or Senior Foreman background
- Strong understanding of structures and finishes
- Confident leading complex, fast‑paced residential sites
- Only candidates with high‑rise residential tower experience will be considered.
