Key Responsibilities

What you will do

n

- Provide high‐quality nursing care and support in clients' homes, tailored to individual needs and care plans.
n
- Assist with personal care, medication administration, wound management and clinical observations where required.
n
- Support clients to participate in community activities, social engagement and goal‐focused programs.
n
- Undertake safe manual handling, mobility assistance and use of assistive equipment following best practice.
n
- Maintain accurate records, complete incident reporting and communicate effectively with families, allied health and the care team.
n
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive environment that respects dignity, privacy and cultural diversity.

Skill & Experience

n

Who we are looking for

n

n
- Registered or credentialed nurses, assistants in nursing or experienced disability support workers with 1-2 years' relevant experience.
n
- Current full Australian drivers licence or international equivalent; ability to travel across Sydney for casual shifts.
n
- Current Working With Children Check and relevant police checks as required for client placements.
n
- Strong communication skills in English and a friendly, patient approach to client care.
n
- Ability to work autonomously in home settings and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
n
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional growth within disability support services.
