Key Responsibilities
- Proactively building solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing complex and changing diaries and emails
- Coordinating executive meetings, travel arrangements, and key commitments
- Preparing presentations, agendas, reports, and board level documentation
- Tracking actions and ensuring priorities are proactively managed
- Anticipating challenges before they arise and keeping operations running smoothly
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and create efficiencies
About You
- Desire to work 5 days in office to ensure stakeholder and team interaction
- Proven experience supporting senior executives or C suite leaders
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working autonomously
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Calm under pressure with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Professional, adaptable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
