NSW Projects | Permanent Full-Time | Immediate Starts

Bedrock Workforce is currently seeking experienced Drillers for permanent full-time opportunities with a leading specialist civil and ground engineering contractor operating across New South Wales.

With a strong pipeline of current and upcoming projects, we're looking for experienced drillers who take pride in their work, look after their equipment and want to be part of qualified site teams delivering quality civil infrastructure projects.

The Work

You'll be working across specialist ground engineering and ground support projects, with opportunities involving:

- Soil nails
- Ground anchors
- Rock bolts
- Hollow bar anchors
- Proof and test anchors
- Sub-horizontal drilling
- Ground support and stabilisation works
- Rotary drilling
- Top hammer drilling
- DTH drilling

Experience operating JunJin, Casagrande, Ripamonti or excavator-mounted drilling equipment will be highly regarded.

We're Looking For

Ideally, you'll have:
- 3+ years' experience in drilling, ground engineering or similar works
- Proven experience safely operating drilling rigs
- Ground support drilling and installation experience
- White Card
- Current driver's licence
- Working at Heights




- EWP licence where applicable
- Good mechanical awareness and respect for plant and equipment
- Strong safety and quality standards
- Reliable attitude and ability to work within a site production team
- Flexibility to work across NSW projects as required

Applicants must have the right to work in Australia. Project-specific medical and drug & alcohol screening may be required.
