We are looking for an Experienced Architectural Graduate to join our team and contribute across a diverse range of projects.

About the Role

This is an opportunity for an experienced Architectural Graduate who has been in the industry for some time and ready to take greater ownership of their work within a supportive, hands-on studio environment.

You will work closely with senior architect and designers across projects from concept through to construction documentation and delivery. The role will provide exposure to the full architectural process, with opportunities to develop both your design and technical capabilities.

You will be expected to contribute confidently to projects, work collaboratively with the team, and progressively take responsibility for specific aspects of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with and contribute to projects from concept design through to construction.
- Develop architectural drawings,



documentation and presentation material.
- Produce detailed Revit documentation to a high standard.
- Assist with design development, material selections and architectural detailing.
- Coordinate with consultants and incorporate consultant information into documentation.
- Assist with DA, BA and other statutory approval documentation.
- Attend site visits and assist with construction administration and site-related matters.
- Work closely with the senior architect and project leader to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
- Contribute to design reviews, internal coordination and project discussions.
- Develop an understanding of project budgets, programmes and consultant coordination.
- Take increasing ownership of tasks and project packages as your experience develops.

About You

We are looking for someone who is motivated, curious and genuinely interested in architecture and the process of bringing good design into reality.

You will ideally have

- 5-10 years of architectural experience
- A recognised architecture degree and relevant industry experience.
- Strong Revit skills and experience producing detailed documentation.
- Strong graphic presentation skills - proficient in Adobe suite (Indesign,



Photoshop essential)
- A good understanding of Australian building codes, standards and approval processes.
- Experience working across multiple project stages including consultant co-ordination.
- Good independence and ability to take initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail and an understanding of construction and architectural detailing.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a small team.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and project delivery.
- A willingness to learn and develop toward greater project responsibility.
- Previous experience in residential, multi-residential, commercial or mixed-use projects will be highly regarded.
